Dr. Hoo Kie Ngie was born in Sibu, Sarawak. Since young, animals have been his passion, be it farm animals or pets. Dr. Hoo graduated from SMB Methodist, then attended University Pertanian Malaysia (University Putra Malaysia) in 1995, where he obtained his degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in the year 2000. He joined another vet clinic in 2002 as a partner after which he established his own practice in 2007. He has 22 years of experience, with his main interest being orthopedics and obstetrics (cesarean). He also ventures into the field of neurosurgery.

Dr. Sabtina Adinah Bt. Abu Bakar was born in Temerloh, Pahang. She graduated as a DVM from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2004. Like many other vets, she is also a pet owner and pet lover herself. She specializes in canine and feline dentistry and soft tissue surgery. For many years she has been a referral surgeon for patients with urinary tract disorders.

Dr. Siew's childhood best friend was her dog named Nancy. Ever since then she started developing interest in small animals and even at an early age, she thought perhaps working with animals could be fun. Dr. Siew also graduated from UPM in 2004, and joined the field of small animal medicine at Animed. Her main interests include internal medicine and diagnostic imaging. Dr. Siew was appointed CVA (Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist) in 2020 as she generated a passion for integrative medicine as well.

Dr. Nadzariah Cheng is a specialist of Ophthalmology registered by the Malaysian College of Veterinary Specialists. She is also a graduate of UPM's DVM programme, with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Small Animal Medicine & Surgery from Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph. Dr. Nadzariah Cheng diagnoses and treats eye problems with medicine and surgery. Most of her cases concern treatment of eyes damaged by cataracts, glaucoma, retinal degeneration, eyelid abnormalities, genetic diseases, cancers, previous infections, and trauma. She also treats nervous-system conditions and some other chronic conditions (except those of skin and kidney conditions).
