Introduction
Animed Veterinary Center was established by Dr. Hoo Kie Ngie in 2007, at Batu 11 Cheras and Bandar Mahkota Cheras. He was then joined by Dr. Siew Boh Yin and Dr. Sabtina soon after. Powered by the support of the community and loyal clients, Animed has now become a referral point for many other veterinary clinics across Malaysia.

Combining passion and dedication, we at Animed are committed to continue providing the very best of service ethically and professionally. We aim to cater proper care for your furry family members with the help of our state of the art medical practice and diagnostic methods.
Our Support Team
As a team, we are thankful for the support and responsibility entrusted by the community that enabled us to grow from a modest private practice into a veterinary hospital. From a mere number of four staff, our team has slowly built up to 35 people who come from various backgrounds and cultures, signifying a true 1Malaysia practice.

Ever since Sakura was born, she has been under the loving care of the Animed team, both in Mahkota Cheras and in Batu 11. That’s 12 years of love patience and kindness from every one of you. I could always feel Sakura was very ease whenever she was with the Animed team.
The loss of Sakura was tough. She’s our first pet, and she brought with her a level of joy and energy that is now greatly missed. Thank you so much for your empathy as you accompanied her during her last moments. I’m thankful that we were able to say our goodbyes too.

The veterinary is a highly sanitized, organized space, with user-friendly facilities and efficient staff. They followed strictly the COVID-19 SOP: doctor by appointment, one person with a companion animal, and individual examination room. I truly appreciate the veterinarian, Dr Sabtina who treated my companion animal with her full attention.

I get to know from my vet that my pet was blind on her left side. The vet suggested me to refer to ophthalmologist Dr.Cheng for further clarification. So, I went and met her with letter....Dr.Cheng was so professional in handling with my Shih Tzu and she explained the problem clearly to me...at last she advised me to do enucleation for my shih tzu.with broken heart i decided and did enucleation for her own sake. Dr.Cheng was so friendly and i really felt comfortable talking to her...the charges was also reasonable...tq Dr....
